Mission

My mission as a breeder is to breed healthy Rhodesian Ridgebacks, of good temperament, to the Dogs Australia (formerly ANKC) breed standard. I will always strive to title my dogs both in the show ring to prove that they are bred to standard, and in the various sporting arenas open to us to prove that they are also functional.

History

My first dog as an adult was a Rhodesian Ridgeback x German Shepherd. Bella is the reason that our second dog had to be a Rhodesian Ridgeback. Sasha came to us when Bella was 8.5 years old, and they had 7 lovely years together as companions.

Sasha and Bella

I was extremely fortunate to be able to purchase Sasha from Rosemary Green, Chilolo Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Sasha is now almost 15 years old.

I started showing around 12 years ago, with Tikki, and have gone on to handle many of the recent Chilolo champions, as well as other breeds including Saluki, Whippets and Borzoi on a regular basis.

I have been the secretary of the Queensland Sighthound Association Inc for the last 10 years, the first club to run ANKC lure coursing in Australia and am a past member of the Dogs Queensland Lure Coursing Subcommittee.

I am a Dogs Australia (formerly ANKC) member and registered breeder and this can be verified by contacting Dogs Queensland.
